I recently took a cake decorating class which was a lot of fun. It was nice to get out of the house by myself at least once a week and be with some other ladies. I have never been good at decorating cakes but I learned a lot in the class and I found that I really enjoy doing it. This is my "graduation" cake that I did for the class and I'm pretty proud of it. I hope I can continue taking classes to make even better cakes.
